3/18/10 - The University of Rhode Island Student Senate voted to decrease the budgets of the Panhellenic Association and the Interfraternity Council by 20 percent, a little more than $2,800, last night, as a penalization for their failure to uphold the responsibilities of its compact designated by the senate.

3/18/10 - The last time the University of Rhode Island men's basketball team played against a team with a Princeton-style offense it ended in despair against Richmond back on Feb. 10. Last night however, was different as the Rams were able to establish tempo and control over Northwestern University's vaunted shooters en route to a 76-64 win in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament.
3/18/10 - Well, it's Thursday and there are only a handful of classes left before University of Rhode Island students either jet off to somewhere warm and sunny, or head home for some quality time on the couch. Spring Break is finally here and it's time to relax.
