10/31/07 - After seeing an advertisement about it in the Cigar, I decided I had to check out the legitimacy of the Providence Ghost Tour. Hiking up to Providence was no problem, but finding the street it was located on was more complicated than it needed to be.

And while many of us do not believe that ghosts exist, or that evil monsters sleep under our beds at night, classic scary movies that portray these particular things come out to play, if you will, during the Halloween season.

Thinking about what scares us makes us cringe at the thought that something so haunting could become a reality. The thought of walking to your car alone late at night and hearing startling noises in the distance- and then having them creep up behind you- is not just a fear but something that could actually happen.
10/31/07 - Zombies and vampires are really two sides of the same horror movie coin. Both infect others by biting victims. Both crave human body parts or fluids - zombies want brains while vampires want blood. But all things considered, zombies are really the superior horror movie foe.
10/31/07 - On this Halloween, an age-old question once again looms. Since the dawn of time people have wondered: "If given the choice, would it be cooler to be a zombie or a vampire?" For far too long this matter has been ignored. It is time, however, to settle the score once and for all.
