2/10/10 - Tonight, students will stand together in support of breast cancer awareness at the University of Rhode Island's men's basketball game against Richmond University. For the fourth year URI will host the Pink Out, a charity event in which students can donate to and support for breast cancer research in collaboration with the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
2/10/10 - With the end of its three-year contract approaching, the University of Rhode Island's chapter of the American Association of University Professors plans to go into contract negotiations in June. Faculty members who want to be involved with changing and updating their contract can volunteer for the All-University Collective Bargaining Committee, or the AUBC.
2/10/10 - The University of Rhode Island's National Student Exchange Program office in Taft Hall is accepting applications for students to study at colleges in the United States, Canada and the U.S. territories. Through the program, students can choose to study at another university for a semester or a full year.
