Anthony Sinapi: I have served on the senate for a semester so far and I feel that the experience will allow me to serve the students even more effectively if re-elected. The reason I joined the senate in the first place was because I wanted to make a difference in the world, and I didn't want to wait until after college. If re-elected, I will continue to strive to make a difference on this campus.
My name is Joseph Puleo. I'm a double major in political science and economics, and I am running to represent the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS). As representative, all CAS students will know who I am and how to contact me. I want to use this position to lead CAS students into becoming more interactive with each other and with student government. Hear/read more on the Facebook group, or e-mail jpuleo@mail.uri.edu.
College of Business
Hey, everyone! This is my second term running for Student Senate. I would appreciate all of your votes for the College of Business representative position. I have the experience and knowledge to help the senate achieve all of our set goals in the upcoming year. VOTE STEVEN BOITEAU for CBA representative today!
College of Engineering
Hello, my name is Jacob Holzman and I am running for the College of Engineering representative seat. I do my best to be a primary resource for students and groups and do so in an inviting way. I work hard to help organizations operate as best they can. I look forward to continue working with the engineering student groups in whatever capacity I am needed. All are welcome to contact me at holzmanj@egr.uri.edu.
College of Nursing
I'm Katherine Holland, a junior double major in nursing and psychology. I was elected as the College of Nursing representative last spring, and have since been an active member of the University of Rhode Island Student Senate. I have served on SOARC, Finance, and Academic Affairs Committees. I sincerely love being a student senator and feel there is more I can do to further assist the students at URI.
